The Alt-Tag Creator workflow consists of two primary nodes connected in a logical sequence:

1. Local Upload Node: This serves as the entry point where you upload the image that requires an alt tag.
2. Alt-Tag Creator Node: This processes the uploaded image using AI vision technology and generates the alt tag based on the specified language preference.

These nodes work in tandem to create a seamless process from image upload to alt tag generation.

Step 2: Configuring the Local Upload Node

The Local Upload node (labeled with UUID: bcb575c0-3bb4-42c7-8cc6-41b81203c023) is positioned at the beginning of the workflow and functions as follows:

• Its primary purpose is to accept an image file uploaded from your local device
• Once uploaded, the image becomes available for further processing within the workflow
• The node doesn’t require any special configuration and operates as a straightforward upload interface
• The uploaded image data flows directly to the next node in the sequence

Step 3: Setting Up the Alt-Tag Creator Node

The Alt-Tag Creator node (UUID: 053790e7-184c-4883-9f8a-0c1e01c42b52) is the core component of the workflow where the AI-powered analysis takes place:

• This node utilizes advanced computer vision technology to analyze the uploaded image
• It accepts the “language” parameter as an input variable, allowing you to specify the language for the generated alt tag
• It processes the image and creates a concise alt tag description limited to a maximum of five words
• The restraint of five words ensures the alt tags remain focused and descriptive without being overly verbose
• The generated alt tag is passed as an output variable for further use in your systems

Step 4: Understanding the Data Flow Between Nodes

The connection between the Local Upload node and the Alt-Tag Creator node establishes the logical flow of data:

• Once an image is uploaded through the Local Upload node, it’s automatically directed to the Alt-Tag Creator node
• The Alt-Tag Creator node receives the image data along with the specified language parameter
• After analysis, the output (the generated alt tag) becomes available as the “Alt-Tag Creator” variable
• This seamless connection eliminates the need for manual intervention between steps

Step 5: Working with the Workflow Variables

The workflow operates with three key variables:

1. Alt-Tag Creator (ID: 54404): An output variable that stores the generated alt tag description.
2. Image_URL (ID: 54405): An input variable where you can specify the URL of an image if you’re not uploading directly.
3. Language (ID: 54406): An input variable where you define the language in which you want the alt tag to be generated.
